• Training: Conduct training sessions or webinars for customers to enhance their Tally skills.

• Issue Resolution Tracking: Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

• Design and develop custom applications and workflows using Zoho Creator's Deluge scripting language.

• Implement and maintain data integrations and APIs to connect with third-party systems.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications and workflows.

• Optimize and troubleshoot Deluge scripts for performance and reliability.

• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and accuracy of applications.

• Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.

• Stay up-to-date with Deluge scripting language enhancements and Zoho Creator platform updates.

• Understand the customer requirements for solution/customization

• Check feasibility of the customer’s requirement with Tally default
